Connecting with Nature, Connecting with Self

We live in a technologically powered society which provides immense opportunity for communication, innovation and progress. But such a level of techno-saturation takes a serious toll on our organic and spiritual bodies. Through our Ascend program, connecting with nature is about "going out" into the wilderness--the mountains, running water and trees--so that we can then "go into" the wilderness--exploring the inner-workings of Self. We don't just experience nature, we ARE nature. These outdoor excursions are intended to remove the obstacle of technology, challenge the physical body, and get up close and personal with Nature (yes...with a capital 'N').


Uintah Heights - "The over-nighter"
